Towel Bleach
Towel bleach is
a process where Japanese bleach or potassium permanganate is used with a towel for
getting cloudy or marble or random effects on denim garments. This process is
an uneven wash process, here all garments do not have the same effect but the theme is all are the same. Towel bleach is done on denim for a rich or gorgeous look. It is a branch
of the acid wash. This process always uses potassium permanganate but sometimes
Japanese bleach is also used.
Objectives of Towel Bleach

Towel bleach process description
First, take some garments for washing and de-size them. If the standard has a heavy high-low effect, so enzyme with stonewash is done for that effect. If bleach is needed due to standard, so bleach wash is done. After the first wash is completed, then hydro the garments according to the washing requirement. Then the machine is prepared for towel bleach. Towel arrange according to necessary. The machine is dried so that any water is not found. The full-dried machine takes and Japanese bleach or potassium permanganate are taken in a bowl according to shade requirement. Then Japanese bleach or KMnO4 is mixed with water gram per litter. Sometimes use formic acid with KMnO4. After mixing the chemical, the towel is taken according to the shade. After immersion of towels, it is squeezed and taken in a machine. Then garments give in to a machine and roll in the machine according to effects. After completing the process garments are required to neutralize. If tint is required then used it, otherwise, you have to drop it from the machine. Then hydro extract and dryer and send to pp spray if required. If pp spray is done, then the garment is required to be neutral and another process is completed.
