Textile testing
Textile
testing is a scientific testing technique and method for textile to assess
whether a textile standard meets the requirements of certain standards.
Influences the product by the texture, structure, and characteristics of the textile based on the use and conditions of the textile and determines the value
of the use of the textile. When using textile products, everyone expects that
they will have a good touch, good appearance, durability, and no harmful
substances.
The main objectives of textile testing
i.
Textile testing is done to check the quality and suitability of raw material
ii.
It is done to monitor the production
iii.
It is done to assess the quality of the final product
iv.
It is done to investigate the faulty materials
v.
To set standards or benchmarks it is done
vi.
For research and development purposes textile testing is done.
vii.
For new product development need textile testing.
viii.
It is done for quality control
ix.
It is done for process control.
