Ibrahim
According
to Islamic belief, Ibrahim was a prophet and messenger of Allah and the
ancestor of the Ismaili Arabs and Israelites. Ibrahim plays a prominent role as
an example of faith in Jews, Christians, and Islam. In the Muslim faith,
Ibrahim fulfilled all the commands and tests that Allah raised him throughout
his life. As a result of his steadfast faith in Allah, Allah promised Ibrahim
to be the leader of all the nations of the world. The Qur'an praises Ibrahim as
a role model, imitator, obedient, and non-pagan. Muslims believe that the Kaaba
in Mecca was built by Ibrahim and his son Ishmael as the first place of worship
in the world. The holy day of Islam, Eid-ul-Azha commemorates Ibrahim's
willingness to sacrifice his son by Allah's command, as well as the end of the
Hajj pilgrimage to the Kaaba.
Ibrahim and the four birds
Ibrahim
(peace be upon him) prayed to Allah (SWT): O Lord! Show me how you can
resurrect the dead. Allah says: ‘What is the reason for such a desire? Do you
not have confidence in my omnipotence? ' Ibrahim (peace be upon him) expressed
his confidence and said: I have confidence and faith. And no matter what, the
signs of your omnipotence are always visible, at every moment, and only the
thinking person can see the evidence of it in every atom of the universe, starting
from his own being. The general tendency of human nature, however, is that no
matter how strong the faith of the heart may be, it does not want complete
peace in the heart until it is seen with the eyes, question after question
arises; What will it be, I do not know how the process will be? This kind of
question arises in the mind does not want full peace. So, it causes various
reactions. That is why Ibrahim (peace be upon him) made such an offer so that
the thought of raising the dead person would not be hesitant. Moreover, think
so that stability comes; The net of various questions should not settle in the
heart and the firmness of the mind should be maintained. Allah accepted his
prayer and took a fancy way to show the matter so that all the doubts of the
disbelievers and polytheists would be removed. The process was such that
Ibrahim (AS) was asked to keep four birds with him and keep them in such a way
that they would be completely domesticated and would come to his hands as soon
as the call came. And let him know them well. The next instruction is to
slaughter the birds and turn all their bones, flesh, fan, etc. into mince, then
mix them well, divide them into several parts and leave them one by one in the
few hills of your choice. Then call them by their names, then they will come
back to you alive by the power of Allah. That is what Ibrahim did. Then when he
called them, he immediately took the form of bone to bone, fan to fan, flesh to
flesh, blood to blood, and flew to him and came to greet him. And thus, Ibrahim
blessed himself by seeing the might of Allah.

verse 260 of Surah Al-Baqarah of the Holy Qur'an, Allah says:
And [mention] when Ibrahim said, "My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead." [Allah] said, "Have you not believed?" He said, "Yes, but [I ask] only that my heart may be satisfied." [Allah] said, "Take four birds and commit them to yourself. Then [after slaughtering them] put on each hill a portion of them; then call them - they will come [flying] to you in haste. And know that Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise."
