Fajr prayers
May
Allah keep such people in His care; whose names are discussed in his Majlis.
The believer is endowed with this status by performing certain duties
prescribed in the world. What is that duty? Who is lucky to be in the custody
of God?
Whom
Allah puts in his care; He has no fear; No more worries. Rather, Allah Almighty
illuminates and blesses that person with His light. He discussed the matter
with the angels at his meeting. It is clearly stated in the narration of
Hadith-
The
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) narrated in a hadeeth that
the simplest and smallest act for a believer is to perform the Fajr prayer at
the beginning of the day. The person who will perform the Fajr prayers; that
person will be in the safety of Allah. Allah will discuss that person in His
Majlis. And the day will be blessed for them. It has been narrated in Hadith-
i. Hazrat
Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘Whoever prays the Fajr prayer, he is in
the care of Allah. So do not waste the responsibility of Allah. Whoever kills
him, Allah will summon him and throw him into Hell with the opposite face. '(Ibn
Majah, Taliqur Ragib)
ii.
Hazrat Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The one who prays the
Fajr prayer; He is in the care of Allah Almighty. '(Ibn Majah, Musnad Ahmad)
Benefits of fajr prayers
The benefits of reading Fajr at the beginning of the day as the following-
Believers
who start the day with Fajr prayers will get the protection of Allah only, not
only here, but there are excellent benefits for them. Then-
a. Equivalent to staying up all night in prayer
The
Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘Whoever prays Isha
with the congregation, he prays like in the half of the night. And whoever
prays the Fajr prayer with the congregation, he prays like all night long.
'(Muslim)
b. Fajr prayers will be light
The Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘Give glad tidings to those
who walk towards the mosque in the darkness of night that they will have full
light on the Day of Resurrection.’ (Abu Dawood)
c. Declaration of Paradise
The Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) declared, ‘Whoever prays two cool
time prayers, (he) will enter Paradise. And the two cool (prayers) are Fajr and
Asr. '(Bukhari)
d. Barakah of Rizik
Allama Ibn
al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said, ‘Morning sleep prevents Rizik
from coming home. Because then Rizik is distributed. '
e. The best thing is achieved in Fajr prayers
The Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘Praying two rak'ahs of Fajr
prayers is better than the world and everything in it. '(Tirmidhi)
f. Discuss his name in the court of Allah
The Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) declared, ‘The angels come to you in
turns day and night. They gather during Asr and Fajr. Those who are in charge
of the night go upstairs. God knows everything, yet He asks the angels: How did
you leave my servants? The angels say, "We have left their prayers."
When I went, they were still praying. '(Bukhari)

g. The
beginning of the day is blessed with Fajr prayers. Starting the day with the
Fajr prayers is a blessed start to the day. The Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allah be upon him) prayed for blessings for his ummah. It has been narrated in
the hadith-
‘O Allah! For
my ummah, bless him in the morning. '(Tirmidhi)
Therefore, a
believing Muslim should perform the Fajr prayers on time. Read the prayer
taught by the beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) more
and more. Ensuring one's safety by reciting Fajr prayers and supplications.
Trying to be safe in the care of Allah at all times.
Special blessings for security
The Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite a supplication for
the believer to be in the care of Allah. He asked his ummah to recite a
supplication to be in the care of Allah. This prayer will be recited whenever
they leave the house. Then-
‘Bismillahi,
Tawakkaltu Alallahi, Wa La Hawla Wa La Kuwayata Illa Billah.’
Conclusion
May Allah grant the Muslim Ummah the Tawfeeq to keep themselves safe in the care of Allah through regular Fajr prayers and supplications as directed by the hadeeth? Give Tawfeeq to follow the hadith properly. Amen.
