Gucci is one of the world's leading high fashion brands founded in Florence, Italy in 1921. After the house's centenary, it continues to redefine fashion and luxury while celebrating creativity, Italian craftsmanship, and innovation. Its product lines include handbags, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, and home decor. It licenses its name and branding to Coty, Inc. for fragrance and cosmetics called Gucci Beauty. Under the direction of Guccio's son Aldo Gucci, Gucci became a globally known brand, an icon of the Italian dolce vita. Due to family feuds in the 1980s, the Gucci family was completely ousted from the company's capital by 1993. In the 2010s, Gucci became an iconic 'geek-chic' brand. In 2019, Gucci operated 487 stores for 17,157 employees and generated sales of €9.628 billion. Marco Bizzarri has been CEO of Gucci since December 2014, and Alessandro Michele has been Creative Director from January 2015 to November 23, 2022. It is a subsidiary of the French luxury group Kering.

Christian Dior SE, commonly known as Dior, is a French high fashion brand controlled and chaired by French businessman Bernard Arnault, who also heads LVMH, the world's largest high fashion brand. Dior itself owns 42.36% of shares and 59.01% of voting rights within LVMH. The company was founded in 1946 by French fashion designer Christian Dior, originally from Normandy. The brand only sells shoes and clothing and can only be purchased at Dior stores. Haute couture falls under the Christian Dior Couture category. Pietro Beccari has been the CEO of Christian Dior Couture since 2018. Chanel is a French high fashion brand founded in Paris in 1910 by Coco Chanel. It is a privately held company and world leader in the creation, development, production, and distribution of luxury products. Louis Vuitton is the world's most high fashion brand and is a division of LVMH. Its products include leather goods, handbags, trunks, shoes, watches, jewelry, and accessories. Most of these are emblazoned with the LV monogram. It is one of the most profitable brands in the world with profit margins north of 30%. Louis Vuitton launched its first perfume in 70 years in 2016 and LVMH built a state-of-the-art perfume factory to produce perfumes. Actress Emma Stone was the star of Louis Vuitton's first fragrance film. The brand added men's fragrances last year. Maison Louis Vuitton opened a new Paris flagship store in 2017 and the brand celebrates its 165th anniversary this year. Actresses Lea Seydoux and Alicia Vikander continue to serve as brand ambassadors for Louis Vuitton. In 2020, revenues increased to 14 billion euros and the number of employees was 19,000 (2013).
